I particularly enjoyed the variety available at breakfast. it truly set a positive tone for my days. The staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The room was neat, with comfortable beds and a lovely terrace to enjoy the evening breeze. One issue I encountered was the lift system, which could definitely use improvement. At times, it was unreliable and slow, with one lift out of service during my stay. I also noticed a few cleanliness issues in the indoor pool area. the floor needed a bit more attention. Despite these inconveniences, I appreciated the entertainment provided in the evenings and the hotel's proximity to the beach, which was just a short walk away. A bus stop directly in front made for easy access to Palma for day trips. I’d recommend the hotel if you're looking for good food and a convenient location, but be prepared for some minor annoyances.

The sound insulation is practically non-existent. you’ll hear every little noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms – not ideal if peace is what you're after. Plus, the lifts are a bit of a hassle. they kept me waiting far too long, and it forced me to take the stairs more times than I wanted. the absence of coffee/tea facilities in the room is a downside, and the nearby nightlife can get noisy, interrupting sleep especially in the early hours.

Bed comfort is poor, akin to resting on concrete, and the rooms are poorly isolated—sounds from the hallway and adjoining rooms are all too audible. evening activities can get loud, especially from partygoers.

the hotel is just a short walk from the beach, making it very convenient to enjoy the sun and sand whenever I wanted. There's a great breakfast buffet that started my mornings perfectly. if you're like me and enjoy exploring, you'll appreciate that there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel for quick trips into Palma for more sightseeing and parks to enjoy after roaming around the beautiful nearby coastline.

Couple's Relaxing Retreat

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff. We received a surprise on Valentine's day, a rose at the restaurant and a glass of wine. Chocolates in the room.
